Sharing my great day with you all! I really needed that! Today I went through the first phase of a reality TV show purposed for helping create, boost or fund businesses. It was pretty interesting. I was super nervous. I had to pitch my Technology idea to a room full of panelist.
My heart was racing so fast. I was so scared I was going to forget something important. I did, but it was ok, I did cover the crux of what I needed to cover. As much as I am unfond of reality shows, I thought is was funny that I may be on one. I guess, I would have to get it however I can get it. I just hope my project is not too large for the show concept. I made some great contacts and boy did I get some great information today.
I am really glad with the outcome either way, I had a chance to pitch to people who can help me get the money I need to make this baby fly. I can now say that I can present to these VC's - Venture Capitalist. It is intriguing that most of the VC's I come across do not want return on investment they want partial ownership. Deeeeeep! Has to be partial ownership with a buy out option in the future.
Now I am tired. I was wound up severely. After typing this, I feel like I can rest. I will not find out more about my status on the show until Saturday... but I am more than sure that I cannot share what will happen until the show is over - if I am selected for the season. This will likely air on a very popular network, I can't share that either.
