7/99 DAYS LIVING IN 99 DAYS OF GRATITUDE BECAUSE YOUR LATITUDE IS IN YOUR GRATITUDE.
On the seventh day of living 99 days in a life of gratitude, I want to thank my Almighty Supreme Source of All for Imagination. The imagination is source from which creativity is launched. It is the place that we release our youth onto a canvas... You access thoughts like - WHAT IF THE SUN DIVORCED THE SKY - HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A ROCKET CROSS A RAINBOW - WHAT IF ROBOTS WERE RACIST AND MY MILK IS GREEN. The imagination allows for an escape from the norm. If you have ever had crayons and a blank page, you can grasp what I am referencing.
Whether you agree or not, your imagination is what allows you to have religious beliefs. You do have to be able to draw an image in your mind of your relationship with a higher power that you are unaware of a true visual image of... unless of course you view your higher power as all things. I always think of deities that people worship and how they visually came up with the artistic representations of these non-humans and accept that image as a GOD that they are subservient to. The mind is a powerful thing. Don't get me started on the engraved images of Horus, Jesus, Krishna, Mithra, Buddha and Satan. Some artist somewhere gave us the images that we have worshiped and feared for years. All of those images are imagination. Buddha's may be partly accurate, I am not sure.
I always talk on how history is a place that we never seen, with our own eyes, but comprehend by way of someone elses stories or experience. Our imagination allows us to believe that. Even when you know that derived information is often altered by the prospective of the story teller, we still buy into the full stories fed to us or illustrated by some other persons efforts. This, still is your imagination at work. That is not really a bad thing. We, as humans, need something to hold on to giving physical representation to things we heard.
Personally, imagination has created a great escape as well as a building block for concepts and over a million ideas - some still in progress, while others were a passing thought. I have gone through almost all of the arts, such as, painting, singing, photography, dance, video productions, poetry and now I am writing a book. I know that an open imagination can open an entirely new world world to absolutely anyone, especially if you keep the mind of child and eliminate your boarders. On the flip side it can also cause blame imagination for FEAR. This fear of anything is generated from your imagination - your mind is open to your belief in what scares you. Your own limitation is what you conceive or receive. This is the downside.
On this seventh day of living a life of 99 days in gratitude, I want to thank my Almighty Supreme Source of All for Imagination. It is such a wonderfilled gift by which life's greatness can be expanded upon.
